Returns
US Return Policy
We accept returns on select apparel if it doesn't fit, items that arrive damaged, or defective apparel. There is a $10 restocking fee for returns that is deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply to defective/damaged items.
Due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations in color, alignment, and finish may occur. These variations, along with minor print imperfections, are a normal part of production and are not considered manufacturing defects. Each item is unique, and these small differences do not affect the overall quality or usability of the product.
We do not currently offer exchanges due to our limited quantities. To order a new size, please place a new order.
Eligibility for returns
- Must be new/unworn
- Return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Printed materials: zines, bookmarks, posters, etc.
- Made-to-order items
- Original shipping costs
- Returns fees
- Shipping insurance
- Products labeled 'Non-returnable', 'Final Sale', or 'Sale'
How to make a return
- Contact info@powertripworldwide.com and include: your order number, what you are returning, and the reason for your return
- We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and a return slip.
- Print your label and return slip, and include the return slip with your return.
- Drop your package off with the mail carrier within 28 days from the day you receive your label. After 28 days your return will be canceled if unshipped.
- Refunds will be issued after our warehouse has received and inspected your items. If you have not received your refund 15 days after we have received your return, contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com.
Damaged Items
- Replacements and refunds for damaged items will only be considered for apparel with manufacturing defects or items damaged during shipment. Items damaged due to user error will not be considered.
- If you meet eligibility, contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com so we may assist you with a refund or a replacement.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must include a photo and description of the damage. No exceptions.
International Return Policy
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order. This excludes made-to-order products.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by emailing info@powertripworldwide.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). Additional costs for expedited or premium shipping services are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, unless sealed).
