Shipping
When will my order ship?
Order Processing
We're a small team of passionate, hobbyist magazine makers who work behind the scenes to fulfill your orders and answer emails.
We ship orders on the weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following weekend. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking to update after receiving your notification.
For made-to-order products, we may require additional time. Please check the product page for details. An estimated ship window will be provided on the product page for pre-order items. All items ship together.

US Shipping
Typically 2-8 business days once shipped. Time may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates are determined by weight and are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer different carrier options at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen but can typically take up to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
We do not collect duties, taxes, or customs fees at checkout. These charges may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery, and you are responsible for paying these fees when applicable. For further information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.
Orders lost-in-transit, damaged, or missing after marked delivered
Lost in Transit
Please contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com. We may require a waiting period before sending a replacement order to ensure there is no movement on your package.
Stolen
Powertrip Worldwide is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being delivered. If you believe your address is at risk of experiencing mail theft, please get in touch with us prior to your order shipping to arrange adding a required signature option to your shipping.
Damaged Items
- Replacements and refunds for damaged items will only be considered for items with manufacturing defects or damaged during shipment. Items damaged due to user error will not be considered.
- If you meet eligibility, contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com so we may assist you with a refund or a replacement.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must include a photo and description of the damage. No exceptions.
Returns
US Returns
We accept returns on eligible apparel, items that arrives damaged, or defective apparel. There is a $10 restocking fee for returns that is deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply for defective/damaged items.
We do not currently offer exchanges due to our limited quantities. To order a new size, please place a new order.

International Returns
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order. This excludes made-to-order products.
International customers are responsible for sourcing and paying for their own return postage.
Please contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com to receive return authorization and our return address. We recommend sharing your return tracking information with us to assist in issuing your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us at info@powertripworldwide.com.
Other
Can I change or cancel my order?
Depending on your order's status we may be able to help. Get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@powertripworldwide.com.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in place of editing your existing order in instances where we believe fraud may occur.

We're not currently taking submissions, but will be soon! Sign up for our mailing list to be notified.
